The short version
What you enter (your state, move-out date, amounts, and the names and addresses in your letter) never leaves your device. The tool runs entirely in your browser. We don't see, store or sell it.
What we do collect
- If you buy: Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number. We keep your email, the order ID, the amount, the date and, if you answer it, how you heard about us, so we can send your link and keep business records.
- Page counts: anonymous counts of page views and button clicks, tagged with the ad or video link you arrived from. No cookies for this, no names, no addresses and no details about your deposit.
- "Remember my entries": if you tick it, your entries (including any names and addresses you typed into the letter form) are saved in your own browser's storage only. Untick it to delete them. Anyone who uses the same browser profile could see them.
Who we share with
Only the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email) and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address). We don't sell or rent personal information.
Deleting your data
Email us from your purchase email and we'll delete your order record, except what tax law requires us to keep.
